About FOND

let me take you back to may of 2023, where i pitched fond cakes in my schools annual business competition. i spent hundreds of hours formulating the best recipe for our chocolate banana cake with ganache. at 15 years old, I was beginning to understand what it took to create a business of my own.

since, i have dedicated myself to serving the local community with desserts that fill the gap between enjoyment and health. Our goal is to show that it is possible to have a dessert that not only tastes good but has cleaner ingredients and less processed sugar.
